1. You can call (916) 865-9170 to speak to one of our representatives. This would be the quickest way to reserve your 'territory', which means once you book an event, no other event can be scheduled on your area for a minimum of 6 months, and you will always have first choice in rescheduling for your area.

2. You can CLICK HERE to open a .PDF file (Requires Adobe Acrobat) which you can print, fill out and fax to our office.

 

Whichever way you choose, your dates are not confirmed until you received an approval in writing by NCCSA.

Program Rules and Expenses

If the sponsor holds the event 100 miles or more from Sacramento, CA sponsor is responsible for hotel and per diem for two NCCSA staff members. If the event is more than 200 hundred miles from Sacramento, CA sponsor is responsible for airfare, ground transportation, hotel, and per diem for two NCCSA staff members.

Airfare and hotel confirmation are due at least 21 days prior to your event. Our program coordinator must receive flight and room confirmation numbers and verification that both have been paid and not just reserved.

Ground transportation consists of pick up and delivery at airport and use of vehicle or transportation while in your area.
